Hyde Park Home Healthcare Management Team
- Polly Morris, MSW
Polly Morris, MSW
Ms. Morris earned her Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Master Degree in Social Work focused on gerontology. Her reason for study in these areas was to work with older adults who need assistance in their daily lives. As a social worker for a senior public housing project in downtown Phoenix and as a social work intern for Hospice of the Valley, Ms. Morris learned that older adults face many challenges when seeking quality care and services. One major concern is that many personal care attendants do not receive adequate training that allows them to address the social, psychological, physical, and service needs of their clients.
The decision to open a home healthcare company that offered the highest level of care and service came after Ms. Morris had visited too many poorly-run healthcare facilities. Often the personal care attendants at these facilities were poorly selected, unprepared, undertrained, and understaffed.
Ms. Morris decided the Valley needed a better choice that allows older adults to remain in their homes and still receive the quality care they deserve. She also believes that quality care should include the finest, most gracious service. Toward that end, Hyde Park was created to offer adults of all ages the highest level of luxury home care.

Thanks to her husband, Giorgio, his brother and sister-in-law, both chefs, and a multitude of travel around Italy, Europe and Africa, she learned many dishes.
